Welcome to my personal favorite breath set!
In this episode, I guide us through 5 Rounds of Ocean Breathing
- Ocean Breathing is 2 inhales through the nose (first into the belly, second into the chest) followed by a gentle relaxing of the body that allows the air to exit.
- We do that for 2 minutes, after which we take a deep breath in and hold it for 1 min.
- Then we take a recovery breath in and hold it for 15 seconds.
In this episode, we'll repeat the process 5 times
