Wake Up Breathwork with Bhastrika

This wake up breathwork practice is meant to be practiced in the morning or throughout the day. 

Bhastrika also known as "bellows breath" is a traditional pranayama breathwork practice that increases the prana, or life force energy in the body, a true wake up practice. Just like an energetic cup of coffee this breathwork exercise will wake you up the next time you're feeling sluggish, cloudy in the mind, are in need of a confidence boost, or even preparing for a workout. 

Practice begins at around 3:30


Please Note: If you are active in your menstruation cycle or are pregnant or have major cardiovascular issues please consult with your doctor or a medical professional before doing an active breathwork practice like Bhastrika or bellows breath.
