This 13 minute breathwork focused practice will help aid you in quickly bringing you to sleep whether you're needing a restorative nap or a deep nights sleep. This practice will help you to release any pent up energy that is keeping you from falling asleep and will help calm your nervous system by the end.

*This practice is focused on mouth breathing for several minutes so please use your discretion and listen to your body when doing this practice. If you have cardiac or respiratory issues please connect with your health physician before doing a practice like this.
