Bite Britain #006 - Tony Crolla of Vittoria Group Restaurants
Serving up some of the UK’s best Italian food, with awards to prove it, Vittoria Group has been an Edinburgh institution since 1970.
Over the years the Vittoria brand has consistently fed Edinburgh's love for italian food, now with 6 restaurant locations (including fish and chips) and 2 delivery units, covering casual to fine dining including venture into the world of pizza delivery, Vittoria really is a prime example of what a good restaurant business should look like.
Today I am talking to Tony Crolla, a mastermind restauranteur and owner of this family-run business. Tony has been at the helm since 1993 when he took over from his father and has taken the brand from strength to strength.
