Beetroot Sauvage is a well-being cafe and space in Edinburgh, offering plant-based foods with a built-in wellness center, offering yoga and meditation classes, cookery classes.
Opened in May 2018 the cafe has built a loyal local following whilst keeping true to its belief that true health combines wholesome nutrition with full-body wellness, all backed by a supportive like-minded community.
Today I have the founder with me, Marie-Anne Marten.
