I get cold but I still recorded this episode for you all. I discuss briefly navigating friendships in your 20s and taking time to reevaluate your current friendship group. I believe in serving my friends, ie being helpful in any way I can and sharing with them my pains and joys. However, as we grow we realised not everyone needs to know your business. In some friendships, you realise you give more away than the other person. They know your business but you don't even know anything about them. You realise the friendship is shallow and superficial. It's okay to raise these c concerns and create boundaries. It is also okay to let go of old friendships to make room for more valuable/meaningful ones.

In this episode, I discuss growing up as a girl child and the pressure to become a woman very quickly. We need to unlearn certain cultural practices and give way for the girl child to remain a child and not be forced to grow up too quickly. You can make up for the experienced you missed no matter what age you are now. There should be no difference in how you raise boys and girls. These are life skills that both will need.
