When tonight’s guest, Rusty, was 20, he and a friend of his went fishing, on a lake in the West Memphis area of Arkansas, one evening. It was an unseasonable hot night and they were fishing from a boat. All of a sudden, they heard a rustling noise coming from the shore, just a matter of yards away. One day, in 2007, while he was going for a walk with a friend, his friend asked him if he had heard about a family seeing a Sasquatch close to where they were walking. Tonight’s guest, Donna Copas, has being interacting with Sasquatch since she was 6 years old. Donna doesn’t call them Sasquatch, however. She calls them the Watchers, due to her being of Shawnee descent. You see, when Donna was only 6 years old, her dad took her into the woods with him, to dig for yellow root. Her dad was always heading into the woods to harvest ginseng, yellow root, and other things. That day, after digging up some yellow root, her dad stood up, walked over to a nearby stump, and pulled out some tobacco. He then proceeded to put the tobacco on the stump and walked away from the stump. Not long after he did that, Donna saw a huge figure stand up, close to the stump and walk over to it, to retrieve the tobacco. Naturally, Donna had a ton of questions for her dad about what she was looking at. That’s when her dad told her not to worry. He told her that he was just a Watcher and that he wouldn’t hurt her. That event marked the beginning of her dad teaching her about the Watchers and she’s been interacting with them ever since. Tonight’s guest, Titus, grew up in Southern Wisconsin and had his Sasquatch sighting about 20 years ago. He had his sighting while he was at a hobby farm a friend of his mother owned. Joining Titus and his mother was one of Titus’ siblings. Even though his mother and that sibling were merely 50 feet away from him, when he saw the Sasquatch, calling out to them never crossed his mind. He was so gob smacked, due to the experience, trying to bring their attention to the Sasquatch he was staring at was something he never considered doing. As fate would have it, years later, two of his siblings had their own sightings too. Tonight’s guest, Darrell Adams, moved to Oregon in 2011, after retiring from his union construction job. Darrell wasn’t interested in Sasquatch, but his brother has been fascinated with them for a long time. After finding out that Darrell had moved to Oregon, his brother asked him to keep an eye out for evidence of Sasquatch activity. After his brother let him know what to look for, he found a lot of evidence that Sasquatch actually were in the areas he was hunting in. Until he started finding evidence that they were in the area, Darrell didn’t even believe in their existence. After finding all of the evidence he started to find, however, he had a paradigm shift. At that point, he became a believer. It wasn’t long after that that he became a knower, though. He had his first sighting. Tonight’s guest, Bill Rigby, used to want to have a Sasquatch sighting of his own more than just about anything. As he found out, however, there’s a difference between hoping to see a Sasquatch and being ready to see one. That’s a lesson he learned the hard way, in Salt Fork State Park, in Ohio. You see, Bill had a sighting there one evening where he found himself just 15 feet from a 7-foot-tall Sasquatch. After having that sighting, he lost all interest in heading back into the woods. If not for a phone conversation with Tim, “Coonbo” Baker, Bill probably would have sworn off going back into the woods for good. That conversation helped him regain his confidence, however, and head back in. Now, he’s back out there, doing field investigations. Tonight’s guest, Gin Zubrickas, lives in a small town, in the interior of British Columbia. Spending as much time as he does in the outdoors there, it might seem surprising to you to hear that he didn’t have his first Sasquatch experience until Labor Day weekend, 7 years ago. That’s when he had it, though. That first experience was just the tip of the iceberg. Gin has had numerous experiences with a Sasquatch clan in his area since that day. Tonight’s guest, Brian Cropper, is a Bigfoot investigator who is based in Loveland, Colorado. He’s been investigating the Sasquatch phenomenon since 2018. Even though Brian has been investigating paranormal phenomena for the past 25 years, he used to totally dismiss the possibility that Sasquatch were extant. That all changed Monday, August 3rd, of 2018, just outside of Bailey, Colorado, however. You see, Brian was coming back from a paranormal investigation he’d been doing in Cripple Creek, Colorado when he had saw a 9-foot-tall Sasquatch. That was an experience that had wide-sweeping effects on his life that he never would have expected, 2 minutes before he had that sighting. Tonight’s guest, Kenneth Medsker, is the founder of the Montana Idaho Bigfoot Research Group and he authored a book called “My Personal Quest to Understand Bigfoot.” Kenneth had his first Sasquatch sighting in 1978 and that experience is what triggered Kenneth’s desire to find out as much as he possibly could about Sasquatch. When he had that first sighting, he was fishing at a high alpine lake. He had spent the day there and it was getting late in the afternoon. He had caught his limit of brook trout, so he decided to start walking out. Soon after he had packed up and started walking out, he suddenly heard a log being torn apart, just up the mining road he was walking on. Kenneth had already seen bear scat, so the sounds of that log being torn apart, just up ahead, put him on high alert. Little did he know, he was about to have an experience that would leave him forever changed.
