In this episode I share the details of my history with anxiety and the breakdown I had in 2018. I thought anxiety was going to take everything that mattered away from me: family, school, work, etc. It was a really dark time. I also share how I was able to overcome and manage this anxiety through methods learned in therapy and what my life looks like now that I know how to manage it.
