Tom Skean has been the Construction Trades teacher at BOCES (Board of Cooperative Educational Services) for the last 7 years. Tom comes from a trade background and found that he had developed a passion for teaching. I've had the privilege to visit Toms classes over the years, and talk to the students about the opportunities in our industry. Tonight was a great conversation about how things are going in the local trade program and to hear how Tom helps the students prepare for their future car...
