Miggy Montavo is one of the best O-Lineman/D-Linemen in the state of Massachusetts. A four year starter in the Nashoba Tech, he has been a true leader both on and off the field. Every time I’ve seen him play live, he is the most dominant player on the field. As Nashoba Tech makes another playoff run as the overall #1 seed in D8, Miggy will be a big factor in their success the 2nd half of the season!

It was great to have on the captains of the Wilmington high school football team. The squad currently sits at 4-1 winning some exciting games early on in all three phases of the game. Here we talk about the turnaround of the program in a year, the dramatic wins that they’ve had, and what lies ahead in a tough Middlesex League schedule. These guys were great and super fun to have on. The boys from Wilmington are primed to have a big second half of the season. 

In my opinion, Jon Marshall is one of the best high school football coaches in the state of Massachusetts. He has shown consistency at Randolph high school, making the Super Bowl two times in the last five years. Jon set high expectations for his football program and this year they are knocking off some of the best teams in the state and winning really close football games.

Dom Mercier is one of the best quarterbacks I have seen in the 2025 high school football season. He has thrown for 700 yards 6 TDs and has rushed for 200 yards adding up another 7 TDs on the ground. He has 13 all-purpose TDs after just 4 games this season. Dom is a dual threat quarterback, who has taken the Malden Catholic offense and elevated to the next level this season. Keep your eyes on the junior quarterback as he begins to raise a lot of eyebrows across the state.

Roman is a standout 3 captain and stud athlete at Wilmington high school. He is captain of the golf, basketball and baseball teams.

His coaches describe him as the hardest working player on the team. He leads by example. Under his leadership, the golf team qualified for states for the first time since 2017, while last year the basketball team qualified for states for the first time in a long time.

Joe is the Host of one the hottest and most listened to Sports Internet Radio Show in the State. He has on guests from all over the state who are standouts in what they do. Joe is a goo friend and someone who I have known for a really long time and is truly a really good dude! Great listen to a guy who works a lot!

For the past three years, the Nashoba Tech Football program is one of the most consistent in Massachusetts. Each year Coach Kelly has taken his team to the next level. This years squad is looking to write their final chapter and win a High School State Championship. Expectations are high in Nashoba. It was an impressive conversation with an impressive group of people. Keep your eyes on Nashoba Tech this season.

Cayden Blanchette is the #3 offensive/defensive lineman in all of New England. Cayden is an absolute monster and stands out on the football field. Many schools are already interested in him as he begins his sophomore year at Lawrence Academy. Make sure to pay attention to this guys career! This is a great listen and a lot of laughs.

Here on episode 198, we had on Eric and Jake Banda, twin Brothers who played for ShawSheen football. Last year these guys were a huge part of their Super Bowl undefeated run and this year they looked to carry on the torch as they look to repeat as D5 State football champions.

Episode 197 features new Medford Athletic Director Rob O'Leary. Rob is taking the reigns of Medford Athletics and moving it into the future. He brings lots of previous experience from other districts and is well known around the Massahcusetts high school athletics world. He is excited to go rolling in Medford and he seems like a man with a plan. This is a fun listen and a great conversations.

Danny Olivar is one the best boxing trainers around! Sonny's Boxing is where good fighters go to become great! Danny is as loyal, hardworking, and honest as they come. You step into his gym and everyone is constantly working hard and having fun in the process. He has some of the best teenage, women, and men boxers in all of New England.

Joe has over 20 years of coaching experience and comes back home to coach the hometown team that he played for for so long. Eva talks about her her high school athletic career which consist of being 1000 points scorer in basketball and they very well rounded softball player for Wilmington High school. She’s a role model to young girls in town and really put Wilmington basketball on the map this year also conversation, make sure to listen.

Becky Casey just finished her junior year and celebrated her 200th career goal. The current GBL MVP is looking to come back next season and make it 300 goals in her career.Bianca lead her Mustang squad this year to an 18-2 record. She shattered many school records as far as the program goes. She has taken the program to the next level and they bring back a lot of fire power next year.

Marta is a rising star in the local boxing scene. Her videography work as well as her boxing content, has made her a desirable person for local boxes to want to collaborate with. From catching viral clips, to unbelievable knockouts we are excited to have on today’s guest as she dabbles in the same videography world as we do.

Ben and Albert are both members of Boston Glory, the professional Ultimate Frisbee team in Massachusetts. These guys both are major contributors to their teams current 4-0 start to the season. We talk shop, about the season and have a few laughs in between! Great episode and great listen!

I was honored to have on one of the most talented athletes both on and off the court in Massachusetts Muji Vader. She is a type of player that you want to build a program around. Was her Leagues MVP as a sophomore in this past year as a junior. She started her own charity in there so many amazing things both on and out the court. This episode was a lot of fun and a great listen!

Jarrid is a former student of mine in school. He’s one of the hardest working fighters, one of the nicest people to talk to, and is an absolute menace to deal with one on one. I was honored to have on someone who I’ve known for a while and fun to see the success they’re having. Fun episode and some good laughs!
