This talk started when one time, I was asked by a friend— "why is it hard to let go of the things we're used to when it doesn't make us happy anymore". I have pondered about it long ago, and over time, I learned that as we come to a certain point in our life, we are presented with a choice. And you have to deal with the choice you made and be responsible of the outcome no matter what. Hence, this podcast episode tackles my takeaway on choices and giving up beyond coffee talks.
