Looking at how this can be understood from a Mental Models perspective, and how strategy, training, and learning can be taken to new levels by understanding how the mind works, and how team performance really are fundamentally determined by the speed of learning, and how useful the shared mental models are? The teams, both civilian, and military that understands this the best will have Almost Unfair advantages? The next generation of organisations, in sports, business, and military will need this understanding to be competitive.
