Today's conversation revolved around the Sacramento Kings and rumors of Richaun Holmes suitor offers of up to $20 million per year. Is he worth the cost, and if so can the Kings even afford to keep him? Or does his departure leave us experiencing Holmes-lessness? At least we have Kyle Guy doing in-game windmill dunks.

Then we go into our favorite head coach, Luke Walton, and vent. Just vent. Come join us for a bit of relief there. And if we aren't going to see any improvements in coaching, we figured we would look at potential game-changing trades that are off the beaten path. Brandon Ingram to the Kings, anyone?

Tyler: Nesquik Chocolate Milk - The third podcast in a row where someone had chocolate milk. This might be the best one yet, mostly due to the mascot.

Alvin: Trader Joe's Mango Smoothie - Smooth as you'd expect and without the corn syrup taste that plagues mango-flavored foods. A bit too sweet, but a solid smoothie on the go.
