Growth doesn’t always look glamorous. Sometimes, it looks like waiting. Like slowing down after months of being nonstop. Like wondering if you’ve suddenly lost your momentum. But here’s the truth: you’re still growing, even when everything feels quiet.
In this episode, we talk about what growth really looks like. The pauses, the discomfort, the self-doubt, and the gentle reminders that you’ve come so far already. Because sometimes, the most powerful breakthroughs happen not when you’re charging forward, but when you take a moment to breathe, reflect, and realign.
If you’ve been feeling “stuck,” this one’s for you. You are not falling behind. You are becoming. And often, the wait is part of the work ✨ #BestMeEver

Welcome back to the #BestMeEver Podcast, your personal safe space for inspiration, motivation and powerful stories and reflections. In this episode, we’re talking about something super important: Stop Explaining Yourself.
Have you ever found yourself justifying your choices, actions, or dreams to others, even when deep down you know you don’t need to? Well, I’ve been there, and in this episode, I’m diving deep into the reason why we feel this need and how we can finally break free from it.
I’ll share my personal experience of recently making a big decision to go back to school for my PhD and the flood of “Why?” questions I received. Honestly, it got me thinking about why I used to feel like I owed everyone an explanation. It wasn’t easy, but I’ve learned that sometimes, the best decision you can make is not to explain yourself to anyone.
I want to invite you to reflect along with me: What are the things you’ve been explaining or justifying to others that you don’t need to? And what would it feel like to just stop?
Whatever you’ve been through, whatever you're going through, and whatever’s still ahead. Remember, you don’t need to explain your life to anyone. You’re still on your way to becoming your #BestMeEver.
Hi guys, I’m back! It’s been three years since my last episode, and I’ve missed this space more than I can say. In this special comeback episode, I’m reflecting on what it means to come home: to myself, to my purpose, and to this podcast.
I’ll share why I stepped away for a while, how I grew during the pause, and what finally led me back here. And I invite you to reflect, too: What does your own “homecoming” look like? Is it a passion, a place, or a part of yourself you’ve left behind?
Whatever you’ve been through, always remember: you’re still on your way to becoming your #BestMeEver.
