Welcome to today's meditation journey. The intention of our session today is to connect you deeply with your spirit guide. Spirit guides are compassionate beings that offer us wisdom, support, and guidance along our life path. They help illuminate the road ahead, provide comfort during challenging moments, and celebrate with us in times of joy.

In this meditation, you will relax deeply, travel inward to a sacred, peaceful space, and meet one of your loving spirit guides. Remember, each person's meditation experience is unique—some people clearly see their guides, some hear messages, others feel or simply have a knowing. Whatever way your experience unfolds today is exactly right for you. Trust the process without judgment or comparison.

Before we begin, make sure you have a journal nearby, to record your insights and experiences at the end. You might also choose to hold or place nearby something grounding, such as a crystal or an object special to you, helping anchor you safely to your physical space.
