In this recording, Bentinho has a conversation with a woman who’s experiencing an acute ankle injury, reflecting on how her physical challenge can serve as an opportunity for her spiritual growth and healing. He emphasizes that these experiences are not random or negative, but rather manifestations of the soul's desire for evolution and balance.

He encourages us all to reflect on the message from our Higher Self from such a seeming challenge. The catalyst of a physical injury, which stops us in our tracks, can slow us down so we become aware of where we've been holding onto misaligned and complicated perspectives, whether around doubt, lack, smallness, fear, etc.

In this way, we have the opportunity to reroute our thoughts through will and faith into what we truly desire. We are invited to free-fall into faith, which is the simplest path of all. All the seeming complications of life can be replaced by the simplicity of faith, which reduces all of the separations and complications we are attached to into one simple focal point: God.

Your originally pure, empty nature (“I exist”) cannot be disputed. In its pure state, the essential knowing nature of mind is pure knowing, but without “knowledge.” It is like a radiant void that spontaneously, intrinsically and mysteriously knows. When you discover this, and you strengthen your recognition and conviction about it, something changes in the organism—a re-wiring, or purification, happens. The more empty and pure your perception becomes, the more naturally and automatically you are able to recognize the indivisible power that is manifesting itself as you. In this recording, Bentinho encourages you to practice direct investigation so that your sense of perception will purify itself and become more transparent to the way things are—actually and indisputably.

In this talk, Bentinho points you to the recognition of the Attributeless Self—the Infinite Absolute beyond all qualities and definitions. From this perspective, even Unity/God is an extremely subtle type of bondage when not seen beyond—beautiful and vast as it may be.

In this recording, Bentinho leads a questioner into seeing that it’s through discernment and letting go of self-consciousness that he can best achieve the flow state he’s looking for.

Discernment is defined here as seeing God in all things, which means being guided by God, and thus being in the flow state. Self-consciousness, on the other hand, is shown to be what hinders the ability to be present to God’s guidance. Bentinho suggests imagining oneself to be formless and locationless as a way to reduce self-consciousness in interactions.

When coming more from a locational, personal self, this produces interference with the real message and clarity that wants to be brought forth, and puts resistance in the speaker as the conductor of God. This means the message being spoken is going to distort. Bentinho encourages us to speak without self-consciousness and without location. In other words, to be easy-going and stainless, like the sky.

In this recording, after discussing the difference between sexual attraction and the desire for a loving, committed type of relationship, Bentinho explains how what you are actually seeking for when you seek a loving, committed partnership is God's Love.

Regardless of whether you fear a relationship, opening up to another person, or opening up to the Love of the Creator—Bentinho shares that ultimately you feel vulnerable and have fear because you have to sacrifice some of your more personal wants, needs, desires, biases, and belief systems in order to be able to receive God’s Love.

This fear of having something to lose is discussed as the God in you having become deluded and deceived by your sense of having a body, by your physical senses, and by the indoctrination of your society. In other words, what you're fearing as the “something to lose” is your personal self’s delusions.

In this recording, Bentinho encourages listeners to reconsider their understanding of love and to reflect on its true origin. 

Love is not just a feeling or an action. Rather, it is the underlying eternal energy that exists everywhere, in everything. Love is the essential energy and presence of Awareness/Beingness. It is the energy born of the realization of Oneness, and it is also the foundation of every perception and manifestation.

Bentinho explains that the first emanation to emerge from Awareness was Love. But this Love is not the “love” we experience in ordinary human relationships. This Love is Godlike, transcendent, and inclusive of all. It is powerful and not bound to human concepts and associations. The journey to understanding Original Love is infinite; letting go of human filters and assumptions can bring us closer to it.

As mindfulness deepens, your biases and perception of the external world begin to fade, allowing the Creator's intelligence to flow through you more freely and deeply.

This recording starts out with a refresher on parallel realities. Bentinho continues with a discussion on how the Self “symbolizes” itself through manifestation as a way to know itself. But as the Self begins to know itself directly, the need for knowing itself through reflection (the manifestation of the world) dissolves, so there is less and less need for Self-symbolization / subject-object relations. With realization of the Absolute, there is no need at all for Self-symbolization, and the world as we know it disappears.
