We had to make sure you heard this! We were blessed to be joined by Michelle Schachle on our livestream on 7/29/2020. Michelle is the mother of Michael Schachle, a baby who was miraculously cured in utero through the intercession of Fr. Michael McGivney, the founder of the Knights of Columbus. This miracle was recently confirmed by Pope Francis, and as a result, Fr. McGivney will be beatified (made "Blessed") later this year.

Judy Keane is the author of Single and Catholic – Finding Meaning in Your State of Life (2016 Sophia Press). She is a member of the Catholic Speakers Organization and also a regular contributor at Catholic Exchange where she writes on numerous topics ranging from the saints to single life. She is also an experienced communications professional, most recently having worked as the spokesperson and director of public affairs and media relations for the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops in Washington, DC.
Internationally, Judy was involved in several foreign aid missions during the Bosnian War, working there for two years as a high school English teacher and in refugee camps and spent several months living in Medjugorje, an internationally known Marian apparition site. She holds an MBA in International Business and a BA in English and Humanities.
She has served on several Catholic boards and is a lifelong Catholic who is single. Judy’s book is available at Sophiainstitute.com as well as on Amazon.
