The Czech Republic is the country with the highest beer consumption per capita. Besides the large industrial breweries there is also a growing craft beer scene rising.
Sibeeria was one of the bigger small breweries that is already active for a longer period. We went to Prague to visit the brewery and have a talk with Quinlan Hart.
