Our next guest is Jahran O'garro. Jahran, who has never been sick a day, found himself at death's door two years ago. With the pandemic in full swing, he shares his story of how it affected his mental health, the trials of getting the support he needed and how he found it hard to ask for help. This one is worth listening to, even if it's hard to hear.
