Seeing all the single girls working on themselves is awesome, but in today's episode I dive into why working on yourself while in a relationship is hard and that you are not alone in your growth journey. We see the single girlies on social media living their best life, choosing themselves, and prioritizing theirselves and while that is so amazing, we don't see many girlies in relationships showcasing their self-love journey and just how hard that can be. I am here today to tell you that I understand. I have gone through it and am still going through it right now in my own journey to self-love and confidence.

I will be discussing this more in next weeks pod episode so that it is a little less confusing! By all means, leave your questions on this below and I can answer them in next weeks podcast.
Have you ever considered what self-love and confidence truly are? By searching google you get a very generic answer that just doesn't make a whole lot of sense. It is terminology, not true, deep meaning. Explore what self-love and confidence mean to me as I dive into my view on them, how they play a role in our life, and things I have learned while finding my self-love and confidence. Sorry for the few spotty portions of this, my mic kept falling and that will not be happening next time. This information was just too good not to share.
