Episode Nine: Rebuilding Our Inner Voice the Interview
This is the ninth episode in season one of Becoming Wild.
It is the last episode of three on "Rebuilding Our Inner Voice" and focuses on an interview with Eric Huang. Eric is the creator and host of Saint Podcast, a history and culture podcast that explores stories of the saints through the lens of queer and feminist narratives, ancient legends and lore, art history, and pop culture. He and Emma talk about his journey from the messaging he was given as a child about what a man is, to the beliefs and inner voices he has today.

Questions for you to continue "Rebuilding Your Inner Voice" at home:
What relationship would you like to have with your inner wisdom?
What small step can you take today to begin to build that relationship?
Emma first learned about the inner critic and inner wisdom from her own teacher/mentor/coach, Andrea Leda Wilborn [https://www.bravercoach.com/] and Tara Mohr's book, "Playing Big".
Emma used the phrase, "Data Over Drama" which she learned from Chris Wilborn.
