Episode Four: Reframing Worth - Part 1
This is the forth episode in season one of Becoming Wild.   This is the first of three episodes focused on "Reframing Worth". Emma talks about Beliefs, why they are important and how they run our lives.  She answers a listener question about how to change our beliefs.   Then she dives in to the coaching session with Lu where they reframe some core beliefs around joy, success and money.  Questions for you to continue "Reframing Worth" at home:  What are your three main beliefs about the three areas of Joy, Success and Money?  For each of these beliefs, take them through the following questions:  Where did I get this belief from (e.g.  society or parents)? Is it serving me? If not, what would I like my new belief to be? Emma first learned about Beliefs and how to change them from her own teacher/mentor/coach, Andrea Leda Wilborn [https://www.bravercoach.com/]. I mentioned the book, "Loving What Is" by Byron Katie [https://thework.com/]. The coaching program that Emma takes Lu from on the show is the six month one-to-one Becoming Wild [https://www.emmawhittard.com/about-4] coaching program. If you'd like to send in a question for the show then please write to info@emmawhittard.com, subject line "Wild Questions".
