Welcome soul family, to another week of BebehShanty Flow, we are on a roll and preparing for the next episode.
But in todays conversation we will be talking about Overthinking vs Thinking deeply. Sharing my perspective in one of my new research, I recently did and now sharing my perspective on the idea. I believe many can relate with the topic, or testify to at least once in their life, or probably still experiencing. So I pray that this conversation can break some mental fogs that’s keeping you away from your higher self/ greatness. Join in as we evolve with grace.

Exercise: Using as many of your senses as possible take some time to immerse yourself into nature. No photos write out the experience no matter big or small. Just be present for at least 120min.
