Hey Beauties,
Welcome back to Beauty Defines Podcast. On today’s episode I’m going to discuss the Cost of Evolving.
Beauties, evolving into a better version of yourself comes with a cost. There is a risk that’s associated with it and I believe that’s why so many women refuse to do the inner work. It requires a purge and you must face the woman in the mirror. There may be trauma, guilt, shame, misery, etc. that you have to address in order to evolve. You may lose family, friends, or even your own partner. But remember God will place the right people in your life in the right season and you deserve to vibrate higher.
Some people don’t want you to evolve whether that be in your romantic life, spiritually, financially, or mentally. Beauties, you did the inner work and have a right to demand more.
There’s a bible scripture that says: when I was a child, I talked like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put away the childish things.Beauties, its okay for your mindset to change and it must change for you to evolve.
Beauties, in order to level up and evolve, you must put away the childish things to prosper in your womanhood. God wants more for you and I want more for you. I love you and I am thankful to be on this journey with you. XOXO. Beauties, I hope you learned more about the Cost of Evolving. Hey Beauties,
Welcome back to Beauty Defines Podcast. On today’s episode I’m going to discuss Intimidating Standards Part 2.
The only people that are intimated by your standards are people that can’t reach them OR people that benefit from you having none.
Beauties, do not i repeat do not allow people to exploit you as a woman. You have a lot to offer even at your rawest state. If you knew your true value, you would charge and add tax to it.
You should have standards for yourself and others. If your standards intimidate someone, it simply means they don’t qualify.

Hey Beauties,
Welcome back to Beauty Defines Podcast. On today’s episode I’m going to discuss the Art of Releasing.
Beauties, learning to release the things, people, habits, and spaces that no longer serve you is often times a difficult process for many of us. Trust me I’ve been there. And I’ve learned that it takes time and it’s a process that we must go through to grow and eventually heal ourselves. Some of the women listening to this episode may be in the exact situation I’m going to speak of, but don’t lose hope. You can do this.
I read a quote that stated: Love yourself so much that when someone treats you wrong, you recognize it.
Beauties, you must love yourself enough to release the things that are not good for your wellbeing.Self love, Living your Truth, and Going through the process of elimination to let go of toxic people, things, or environments are all keys to learning to release the things that no longer serve you.

Welcome back to Beauty Defines Podcast. On today’s episode I will discuss the topic of Ladies, Never Propose - You are the Prize! Part 1.
I wanted to get ahead of this trend before it becomes the norm to pre-warn you to not get into this predicament. I’ve been seeing pictures and videos of women proposing to men specifically in the U.S. Some of these women are bended on one knee while pregnant. And often times the women are buying the rings and the wedding dress.
Beauties, you are the prize and on this episode I share the reasons why.
Beauties, your values are your values. Don’t change them because other people disagree.
I hope you learned more on why you are the prize and you should never propose to a man. Thank you for your support Beauties. Stay tuned for part two of this episode. Welcome back to Beauty Defines Podcast. On today’s episode I will discuss the topic of struggle love. This is struggle love as it relates to friendships, romantic partners, and even business.
Never trust someone that tries to set you up with someone or something less than your equal. This applies to relationships, business, friendships, etc. You are at a certain wavelength and should entangle with others equal to you or above you. This doesn’t mean you shouldn’t interact with others and develop friendships with other people. It means when it comes to your destiny, the people in your circle or closest to you should want you to elevate and not try to set you up with less than even though you’ve worked hard to attain more. Also, keep in mind some people only want you to settle because they have settled.
I hope you learned more on the topic of struggle love and how you have permission to choose the type of love that is most fitting for you. And most importantly, you have the power to accept, leave, or stay. Thank you for your support Beauties. I know it has been a while, but I am thankful to have you as a listener and appreciate growing with you on this journey called life. Stay tuned for my next episode. Hey Beauties, welcome back to Beauty Define. On today’s episode I will discuss the Art of Self Love.
The famous Eartha Kitt once said I already love myself. I’m just hoping someone will join me in it. Another famous woman said “I already like me, your like is extra.” This means when you come into my life you are simply adding to the love I already have for myself.
So I want to ask you this question Beauties: what do you believe Self Love is? How do you practice self love? And how will you teach your daughters or the young girls in your family or environment how to practice self love?
Continue listening for more discussion on this topic. :)
Don’t allow anyone on this planet to take your self-love away from you.
I hope you learned more on the Art of Self Love. Stay tuned for my next episode. I love interacting with my audience please email me at beautydefine139@gmail.com. Also, you can leave a voice message on Beauty Define’s Podcast to show support!

Hey Beauties, welcome back to Beauty Defines podcast. On todays episode I am going to discuss how to deal with the narcissist. If you haven’t done so, be sure to listen to my previous episode titled: the narcissist.
As a disclaimer: I am not a medical doctor and I am not offering medical advice of any sort. This episode is strictly based on my opinion and used for encouragement purposes only.
Beauties, you cannot control or change the narcissist. Never think its your responsibility to change or fix someone. Its not your job and that person is not your project. The only person you should try to change is yourself if necessary. You can only control and work on you not other people.
On this episode I share tips on how to deal with the narcissist.
A relationship with a narcissist in whatever capacity isn’t based on love. Its bondage. Its like you have chains on your mind, body, and soul because dealing with the narcissist is a heavy weight to bear.
And I pray thats a weight you will no longer have to deal with. You have options. Two hards to chose from: the hard of walking alone or the hard of walking with a narcissist.
Remember beauties, you are the captain of your ship. You deserve freedom. You deserve to live your best life. Tomorrow isn’t promised. Chose you always.
I hope you learned more on how to deal with the narcissist. Stay tuned for my next episode. I love interacting with my audience please email me at beautydefine139@gmail.com. Also, you can leave a voice message on Beauty Define’s Podcast to show support!

Hey beauties, on today’s episode I will discuss the narcissist.
As a disclaimer: I am not a medical doctor and I am not offering medical advice of any sort. This episode is strictly based on my opinion and used for encouragement purposes only.
On this episode I provide the traits of a narcissistic person and how to identify one. There is no cure for narcissism. Dealing with a narcissist is exhausting and can damage your mental health and peace of mind.
Beauties, the narcissist is dangerous. And many of them are in our environments. they are often times sweet talkers so you will find yourself catering to them either in your family, romantic relationships, or even at work. The narcissist is not your friend but more like an enemy to your peace. The narcissist doesn't play fair. you cannot treat the narcissist the same way they treat you or they will explode.
I want to encourage you to not give up. I will follow up with another video soon on how to manage.
I hope you learned more on narcissism. Stay tuned for my next episode. I love interacting with my audience please email me at beautydefine139@gmail.com. Hey Beauties,
Welcome back to Beauty Define. On today’s episode I will discuss the topic “Setting Boundaries.”
Setting boundaries should be a practice. Often times its difficult to set boundaries because society seems to expect women to all agree and if we disagree we are either labeled: angry, bitter, or difficult.
No matter where you are on your journey I want you to prioritize setting boundaries. It may be hard at the beginning and you may have to walk alone at some point, but Beauties the most liberated woman is the woman with boundaries. On this episode I discuss how to set boundaries in your family, romantic relationships, friendships, and in your job/career.
I hope you learned more on how to set boundaries I hope you learned how to chose happiness over misery. Stay tuned for my next episode. I love interacting with my audience please email me at beautydefine139@gmail.com. Also, you can leave a voice message on Beauty Define’s Podcast to show support!

Hey Beauties,
Welcome back to Beauty Define. On today’s episode I will discuss the topic “Misery Loves Company”
What does the expression “Misery Loves company mean?” Misery loves company means people who are suffering are comforted by the knowledge that other are also unhappy. On today's episode, I share tips on how to avoid becoming entangled with miserable people.
Beauties, there are people out there that want you to be miserable. They hate to see you smile and be happy unless they are happy. Life is a rollercoaster ride. No one is perfect, but that doesn't mean you don’t deserve to be happy.
Misery Loves Company. You don’t have to be a part of that company. You deserve every good thing plus more. You deserve healthy love and relationships. You deserve the highest self-love. You deserve nice things and yes that includes material things. You deserve a peaceful mind, body, and soul.

Welcome Back to Beauty Defines Podcast, on todays episode I am going to discuss Breaking free from bondage.
Bondage is defined as slavery or the state of being bound by or subjected by some external power or control. The act of being restrained by obligations or circumstances.
Bondage comes in different forms. Bondage of the mind, soul, and spiritual bondage. Most common bondage I have experienced and witnessed is bondage of the mind.
We are groomed to think and behave a certain way especially as women.
So what’s Freedom? Its the power or right to act, speak, or think as one wants without hindrance or restraint. The state of not being imprisoned or insulated.
On this episode I share six tips how to break free from bondage. It will be challenging at the beginning but remember all good things take time. Each day you are breaking one chain off of the other. The chains were entangled and you are removing piece by piece. When you break free, you will feel light and liberated. This doesn’t mean life will be perfect. it just means life will be better. Its not as heavy anymore.
Beauties, I hope you learned more about Breaking free from bondage. Stay tuned for my next episode. I love interacting with my audience please email me at beautydefine139@gmail.com. Also, you can leave a voice message on Beauty Define’s Podcast to show support! I appreciate you!.
