On today's episode, I got a chance to speak with Miss Chantar Swaby about her personal experience of losing her mom. Miss Chantar Swaby is a Guidance Counsellor for over six years. She has had the privilege of serving in a number of urban and rural communities where she embraces the various challenges that people from all walks of life within their surroundings. Grief is a never ending journey. It is a unique experience that is life changing moment that will change your perspectives on so many things.

Love is the most powerful weapon in the world. “A gentle tongue can break a bone” (Proverbs 25:15). “Always be gentle toward everyone” (Titus 3:2).
Our minds is a powerful force to reckon with. Neuroscientists have discovered that repetitive thoughts form neural pathways as neurons that fire together get wired together. Thus, the more a particular thought or belief is activated and reinforced, the stronger these neural pathways become and the more automatically they become our "go to" pattern of perceiving. Be positive!!!
