
The Beat Burnout Guide Podcast aims to inform, educate, support, and inspire individuals, teams, and organizations. Our focus is on helping listeners better understand themselves, manage their energy, develop healthier habits, reduce the risk of burnout, recover from burnout, and enhance their performance both at work and in life.
Our podcast content comes from some of the world’s best academic and science-backed research out there on burnout, human performance, personal and workplace environments, and mental health and wellness. And instead of vague recommendations, that are so often found in the thousands of articles on burnout, we provide real practical advice on what to do, as well as case studies and real stories on what has worked for others. We plan to provide long and short-form podcasts, as well as some different guided meditations and therapies, to support our listeners and their energy management journey.
