
The world is currently in a state of upheaval as a result of the global hysteria over the coronavirus (COVID-19). If you're feeling pressured or overwhelmed by it all, rest assured that you're not alone. However, it's critical to be gentle with yourself and schedule time for self-care.
I was away from recording since April and just got back in July for a new episode. Join me as I shared to you what are the Twelve tips on Self care that I have been practicing. I hope you will learn from this short episode!
Remember , Stay active and make movement a priority whether it is low or impact it matters. Take 10 to be Zen - practice mindfulness in our dauy to day routine. Please check on your diet and do some meal! Learn something new during these times and time to be back with your pending hobbies that you do love. Prioritize Sleep please. Balance mental intake in taking care of your mental health state. Self checking is necessary. Of course to continue connecting with people and reachout!
