Bad Playstyle is a book club podcast. We all sit down and play the same game and hopefully you have too so you can be intellectually engaged with our discussion. We generally aim for shorter games that have a start to finish of six hours or less.
Spoilers: The games we play for each episode will absolutely be spoiled and any others that come up in conversation can potentially be in the line of fire. Each episode's show notes will list all games mentioned. It is recommended that you check an episode's show notes before listening to it if you are sensitive to spoilers.

NEW NEW NEW recording setup. We all cram into my budhole and attempt to discuss a game we all beat a month ago. Bad standards are out, bad vibes are in. come join us for a lark why don't you?
what this space for new and weirder types of content coming soon TM
this episode was recorded in Matt's driveway so the audio quality is absolutely atrocious and there is birdnoise throughout. we played unpacking this time around, which is a fantastic game! super short as well. do yourself a favor and give it a whirl before listening to us gabble on about it.
We're finally back at it again with a chill (heh) playthrough of frostpunk. it has us spinning plates and worrying about the long term use of coal burning heaters. won't you come join uh in 1880's ice age?
we played another time loop game! this one is very different though. Made by a 4 person team, this game shows an incredible amount of polish and is an extremely low time commitment/ high value proposition. play it!
this episode we played Wildermyth. please do not attempt to play syndicate. its a safety thing. This game has a robust storytelling engine slathered on top of a generous and kind heaping helping of Xcom DNA. great times and interesting stories were had by all. won't you come join us?
This small scale unit of time we played NECROMUNDA: HIRED GUN. It is a hot mess of ideas smooshed together from those loveable scamps who brought you E.y.E divine cybermancy. do you spend all the money on the dog or the grappling hook? will anyone have face animations? is this the next great "b" game? find out this time on the misadventures of the Bad playstyle association.
This... time around? the gang played Tender: Creature comforts. Not to be confused with the dating app Tinder: Avalanche of Sexual Aggression or Tinder: Abyss Gazing, depending on your gender presentation. This was a rough one emotionally so I hope you all enjoy us squirming in our seats as we recount our various dates.
