We've made it to April and are weening off of Mecha March with a pseudo-mech anime! This new show is about a girl who is half robot and can basically turn into a power ranger. Is this just another cyberpunky romp with no substance, or is it quite good?

For the final episode of Mecha March we're leaving off where we started: yes another Gundam episode. This week's is very new though- this 2022 movie is based on a now taken down episode of the first ever season of Gundam. We'll talk through this 1hr45min movie and determine if it's a great use of Gundam in the modern era.

It's not Gundam it's Megazone! This week we're trying out part 1 of a 3 part film: Megazone 23. This 1985 film apparently se the course for a lot of the mech anime of the future...and also was the foundation for a lot of terrible OVAs. How is it though? Let's find out.
