Pano natin masasabi na effective ang isang "Horror" media? Jumpscares nga ba talaga ang batayan? or yung pag establish lang ng nakakatakot na premise, goods na ba? May notion kasi na ang jumpscares don't equate to horror since kahit sino naman pwede magulat pero not necessarily matatakot. Or what if jumpscares are just there to augment the horror experience and not as the core of the genre itself? What about characters? Kelan sila nagiging effective na drivers ng isang horror story?
