I give my 2 cents on the 40 hour work week with examples and a bit of research on the topic. Honestly, I really had to take a lot of deep breaths during this because although you can’t fully hear my disappointment and anger, its there. Go out and advocate for yourself and others if you don’t feel that 40 hours a week to commit to is right.

After months of my ‘no socials’ attempt, I am happy to report that the time I used to put into social media is being used to better myself. Listen to my thoughts on why your social media is leeching your time here on this earth.
