Welcome to Back and Forth
On this week's episode, Will and Vish dive into the ups and downs of digital communication from the texts we overthink, the messages left on read, and the weird anxiety that comes with being constantly connected.
They chat about the whole “digital hide and seek” thing, where people pull back from conversations without really meaning to, and how that can feel a lot like ghosting. It’s an honest look at how small moments online can spiral into big emotions, and why a little mindfulness and honesty can go a long way in keeping our connections real.
The guys also talk about how social media tends to mess with our sense of reality, making it way too easy to compare ourselves to others. They share some thoughts on taking breaks, setting boundaries, and building better habits around how we communicate.
