Welcome to Back and Forth
In this episode the boys discuss the profound impact of suicide on families and communities, sharing personal stories of loss and the importance of mental health awareness. They are speaking with Dawn and Natalie, who are sharing the story of Scott — a beloved father, son, brother, and friend — who tragically lost his life to suicide. They emphasise the need for open conversations about mental health, the stigma surrounding it, and the significance of community support in coping with grief. The discussion also highlights the importance of seeking help, whether through counseling or peer support, and the necessity of transforming personal tragedy into positive action for others.
