It’s great to talk with someone who doesn’t know your story versus someone who does. You will be able to speak freely and openly to uncover the root of your situation. Learning How to Forgive  You have to be able to forgive yourself before you forgive someone else.  It lies deep down within you in order to bring it to the surface.  Forgiveness is for you and the betterment of you to move forward.  Show love through your darkness. The Importance of Sharing Your Story Limit the negative thoughts, fears, and anxieties that come to mind when sharing your testimony. It’s not about the people involved that shaped your story, it’s about the lives that you can change. You are free to voice your opinion! Take every negative experience and make it positive Learn to inspire one person at a time. Let It Out! We tend to hold in a lot of negativity internally that needs to be let out. Write down how you feel, share it with someone else, or get rid of it, but let it out! Consistently letting it out will lower health risks moving forward. Be You! Don’t let anyone change who you are as a person. You can’t better anyone else if you can’t better yourself. Keep pushing forward and put God first in your life. Your relationship with God starts first.  _________________________________________ Website  https://www.sharlawhite.com/ Book | Love is My Weapon https://www.walmart.com/ip/Love-Is-My-Weapon-9798728470397/798881323  Facebook Community | The Transformation Group https://www.facebook.com/thetransformationgroup  Instagram https://www.instagram.com/limw_2021 Email  authorsharlawhite@gmail.com  Book Recommendation | The Daily Bible NIV

Try New Things Give yourself room to explore new things each month.  Trying new things doesn’t have to be extreme or expensive. Do something simple like learning a new dance on YouTube or cooking something new for dinner.  You don’t have to try those big and bold things if you're an introvert.  Do things that excite your soul and make you crave more.  Choose your top goals in several areas of your life and focus on how to achieve those goals daily. Introducing New Things to Children When you introduce new things to your kids, make sure they’re planned out and communicated in advance.  It helps them appreciate different perspectives. - Helps with practical problem-solving.  Creates open dialogue.  Start soon with your kids, start early, and get them involved. Say Cheese! Document your experiences by reflecting and capturing photos of you and your family exploring new things _________________________________________ Website https://theonenewthingproject.com Facebook Community https://www.facebook.com/myonenewthing Book | The One New Thing Project: My Mission to Get Unstuck, Break Through and Hustle Joy https://theonenewthingproject.com/product/the-one-new-thing-project-my-mission-to-get-unstuck-break-through-and-hustle-joy/ Women Seizing Opportunity Program (6-week Course) https://theonenewthingproject.com/product/the-brave-women-company/ Book Recommendation | The Book of Joy: Lasting Happiness in a Changing World The Book of Joy: Lasting Happiness in a Changing World Hardcover – Illustrated, September 20, 2016 ___________________________________________ Let’s Stay Connected!  ✨Website: https://www.deandiaries.com ✨Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/deandiaries

The Prescription for Imposter Syndrome Acknowledge that you’re going through something and that you need help.  Determine what caused the problem. Where did it come from?  Recognize what rooms you need to be in to pull yourself out of negative thinking.  What communities can you join that can be of value? Sharing a Piece of You If you’re going to write a book about your pain to purpose, you first have to be healed.  You’re going to have to relive past experiences and trauma.  If you’re still angry or broken, your message won’t translate well for your readers.  Write your story in a way that a person finds you as their last resort in finding help.  Ask yourself, “what message am I sharing with my readers?”  When writing a book, remember that you’re sharing a piece of yourself with the world.  Don’t worry about what others may think; it can cause discouragement.  Sharing your story is the ultimate prescription for healing. Setting Boundaries Forgiveness is expected but access is denied.  Are you accepting something that is unacceptable? _________________________________________ Website https://www.authordanalynn.com  Book | The Prescription of Superwoman: Power Purpose Persistence https://www.amazon.com/Prescription-Superwoman-Power-Purpose-Persistence/dp/1733 539107  Facebook Community The Prescription of Superwoman | Facebook Instagram https://www.instagram.com/theprescriptionofsuperwoman Email authordanalynn@gmail.com Book Recommendation | Believe Bigger: Discover the Path to Your Life Purpose Believe Bigger: Discover the Path to Your Life Purpose: Daniels, Marshawn Evans: 9781501165689: Amazon.com: Books
