There’s no direct line from where we are to where we’re going. The journey twists, turns, and throws obstacles in our way. But at each intersection, we have choices. And when we walk with mindfulness, we become more attuned to our surroundings—and the unexpected opportunities that rise with each step. You don’t have to navigate this path alone. There are others just like you, staring down blank walls and wondering which direction to take next. This podcast is a space for shared experiences—because sometimes, a story you hear may echo your own. And that moment of connection might be exactly what you need.About Nikki Allen"I wrote Loved You, Hated You after surviving a relationship that nearly erased me. The kind of experience that doesn’t leave bruises — just silence, self-doubt, and spiritual wreckage. It started as a song. Then a screenplay. And eventually, I had to write it as a novel… because fiction gave me the courage to finally tell the truth. The story is fictional — but the emotions are real. This isn’t about bashing an ex. It’s about what happens to us when we lose ourselves trying to keep love alive.I show up to talk about: How women get stuck in patterns that steal their voice, What it takes to reclaim your identity after emotional betraya, And how we can transform pain into creative power. I'm not here to talk at people — I'm here to speak with them. If your audience includes women who’ve loved too hard, stayed too long, or are still rebuilding themselves — this is the episode they’ll send to their friends.https://officialnikkiallen.com/https://www.facebook.com/nikkiallentheone/If you are looking for a Personal Coach contact Karen at #YESICAN coaching with Karenkh.yesican1@gmail.com440 526 1530

I’m your host, Karen Hale, and I’m honored to share space with extraordinary individuals—from Cleveland and beyond—who’ve discovered their purpose and the power to live it out fully, while lifting others along the way.“We are all given the choice to love our lives. I am genuinely grateful to those who taught me what that really means.” Raine AustenRaine shares her journey and how COVID has changed her vocal life. With a boundless perfect-pitch voice, a born-to-sing attitude, and an abundance of confidence, this determined teen became the lead singer in her first band by seventh grade. She made her first recording debut in her mid-teens, and her first television appearance shortly after. Her career began when she lifted her voice in churches and youth choirs, at weddings, special events, guest cameos in local theaters and concerts. In no time, her four-octave range was recognized across town. She was forever in love with the microphone, the studio, and the stage. And there she stays - behind the microphone.Born and raised in a small town just outside of Cleveland, Ohio, Raine's studies include The Music Settlement House in Cleveland, private studies at Cleveland State University, later in Nashville at the Vanderbilt University’s Blair School of Music under the direction of Vocal Department Head, Jonathan Retzloff, as well with various well-known Nashville vocal coaches. Now back in Cleveland she studies under the direction of Joanne Uniatowski, Head of the Vocal Department at Baldwin Wallace. In her earlier days, a columnist once recognized Raine as, “The Donna Summer of Cleveland,” of which Raine later encountered this disco diva standing in line behind her while waiting for a table in a Nashville restaurant.Diversity is key for this diva. Personal appearances keep this artist going strong and in demand. So to pursue her passion of performance, Raine writes, directs, produces, and performs in Christmas and Patriotic concerts throughout the city of Cleveland. It is there she created “Resounding Joy!,” a group of choral singers that have brought down many houses with impressive harmonies. These specialty concerts include the Hanna Theatre in Cleveland's Playhouse Square district. In fact, “Raine Austen & Resounding Joy!” was the final performance held at The Hanna Theatre before it was rebuilt into the now Great Lakes Theatre. A historic moment. At the demand of her fan base looking for a fuller performance calendar, the summer of 2010 presented a newly formatted concert series that includes multiple artists that specialize in individual genres of jazz, pop, 40's classics, gospel and instrumental renditions of many songs. While still in pursuit of that proverbial record deal, Raine released a new CD in November 2009 befittingly titled, “New Life,” a song co-written by Elizabeth Montgomery with a heartfelt lyric - “You have given me new life / Turned the darkness into light / Lord you are to me a shining star / Never far.”With a repertoire ranging from lullabies to rock to light-opera, her faith-based lyrics and hand-picked song selection renders music that is inspirational and captivating always. “There’s a pathway to freedom / You can’t see it with your eyes.” Those words from the chorus of “No More than Believin’,” define this singer’s faith, first in God, and then in herself and then in her music.https://www.facebook.com/raineaustensingerchickIf you are looking for a Personal Coach contact Karen at #YESICAN coaching with Karenkh.yesican1@gmail.com440 526 1530

This podcast is sponsored by Cassandra Kubinski ”Cassandra Kubinski is very similar to the singer/songwriters of the late 70s; she proves that the genre can still be transcendent.” - BILLY JOEL) and her latest release #bothsidesnow produced by Joel Moss & Jim Mastrianni, https://cassandrakubinski.bandcamp.com/track/both-sides-now-2About Angel Howard She has lived many lives—professional dancer, corporate executive, retreat leader, and somatic therapist—but the thread through all of them has been the body. From performing on stage to leading teams at companies like Coca-Cola, she learned early on that the body carries our story, even when we don’t have words for it. After earning degrees in psychology and international business, Angel spent years climbing the ladder. She saw firsthand how success doesn’t always equal fulfillment. That’s what led her to study somatic therapy in 1999 and eventually create WildHeart Expressive, a movement-based healing method that helps people release trauma, build confidence, and lead more authentic lives. She speaks the language of leadership and lives the experience. Angel has walked through burnout, personal loss, reinvention—and she has helped others do the same. Her story is one of returning to the body, reclaiming personal power, and turning inward for the answers we usually seek outside ourselves.https://angelhoward.co/https://www.linkedin.com/in/howard-angel/

His story is one of profound transformation and relentless self-leadership, shaped by surviving addiction, a near-death overdose, and the vivid realization of a higher purpose. In Justin’s darkest moment, when he overdosed, blacked out, and died in an ambulance, he was met by a voice urging him that his life was not over, that his journey had only just begun. That experience became an unshakable turning point, propelling him to rebuild his life with intention and clarity.Emerging from years consumed by fear, violence, and addiction, Justin rediscovered his sense of humanity and empathy, both for himself and those around him. He found strength not just through recovery, but by exploring avenues like fitness, Krav Maga, yoga, and kickboxing, empowering himself to move beyond PTSD and embrace his role as a guide for others. Human connection revealed itself as the heartbeat of his mission; through authentic conversation and communication, especially on his podcast, he helps entrepreneurs, leaders, and purpose-driven individuals overcome adversity, break their limits, and reclaim their potential both personally and professionally.Justin’s journey has given him a distinctive voice in cybersecurity and technology. He is dedicated to changing the culture of tech, which for too long has prioritized expertise over genuine connection. By putting empathy, authentic leadership, and community front and center, he helps organizations and individuals alike protect what matters most and thrive through change. Living and leading as someone on the autism spectrum, Justin brings a unique sensitivity and perspective, viewing neurodiversity as a superpower that informs his communication and guides teams toward real growth. For podcast hosts and audiences, Justin offers practical, actionable advice rooted in raw experience and hard-earned wisdom. His message is clear: share your story, stand in your own power, take control of your life before someone else does, and remember that true strength and security are born from human connection. We are angrier and more divided, depressed, addicted, and lonely than any time in our history. And we're taking it out on each other, sometimes passively but increasingly with violence. Why It Matters: Failed relationships cost American businesses $8 trillion per year due to lost productivityDisaffected and disengaged workers have 37% higher absenteeism and are 63% more likely to quit abruptlyAmerican children are 3x more likely to grow up in a single-parent household than the worldwide average68% of our citizens believe that most people can't be trusted, and 60% say that loneliness is a constant companion Getting In The Way: If we want to arrest the tide of dysfunction and create thriving relationships, I say we should listen to CEOs. What? Seriously. We should listen to the CEOs whose wisdom transcends the boardroom and shareholders' meetings and can instruct us in our personal lives. Listen to the people they wrote books about already... Edison, Ford, Jobs, Buffett, Sandberg, Gates, Graham, and other business leaders. In my book, The Business of Relationships, I have 52 examples of this wisdom and how to apply it to create perspective, foster trust, offer respect, reward risk, show humility, demonstrate resilience, and develop other qualities essential to robust, engaged relationships. Several of my favorite quotes are:Change before you have to - Jack WelchEach one of us is more than the worst thing we have ever done - Sheryl SandbergIf you never budge, don't expect a push - Malcolm ForbesSuccess is a lousy teacher. It seduces smart people into thinking they can't lose - Bill Gates If you think you're too small to have an impact, try sleeping with a mosquito - Anita RoddickThese, and many other, business leaders' quotes can form the foundation on which to build better relationships with a spouse, sibling, colleague, child, golf partner, or neighbor... just about anyone you can think of, frankly. Some quotes are deep and some are humorous, but all transcend the boardroom. I have a lot of fun with the host and my conversational style gets your listeners engaged.https://www.facebook.com/tom.hagerty.33https://www.linkedin.com/in/tomhagerty0126/If you are looking for a Personal Coach contact Karen at #YESICAN coaching with Karenkh.yesican1@gmail.com440 526 1530

After scores of tests and a trip to the cardiologist, it was determined that outside of hormones due to menopause, there was nothing seriously physically wrong with me. There was however a serious issue with anxiety, codependency, performing and producing for approval, intrusive thoughts around health, and no peace or contentment in my life despite my very faith based background. Thus began my journey in connecting the dots to how unprocessed, denied, stuffed, dissociated feelings and emotions have a direct effect on our physical health and emotional and spiritual peace. As I have traveled this healing journey over the last 3+ years I have learned so many things that I want to share with other women, hoping they can learn and be inspired to embark on their own health journey and desire to live their best, healthiest, most content life, and/ or avoid some of the mistakes I made, and put good practices into place now so not to find themselves in a similar situation to the one I found myself in in September 2019. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCqVVXe8SbTtBuzOyFTMjNFAhttps://www.embracinglayers.com/If you are looking for a Personal Coach contact Karen at #YESICAN coaching with Karenkh.yesican1@gmail.com440 526 1530

But I'm writing now to tell you more about who I am, not just what i do.I live for those liberating "Aha!" moments when I suddenly become aware of some habit of thinking or behavior that had caused me to put artificial limitations around my life choices. And I love being a witness to--or even a catalyst for--those "Aha!" moments in others. Helping people notice and move through their (mostly self-created) obstacles is the passionate focus of my book, talks, blog, and interviews. That said, I'm not a psychologist, social worker, or business thought leader. Nor am I a Life Coach in the formal sense of the term. I don't even call myself an "expert" on asking (a distinction I respectfully reserve for academics). So what do I have to offer as your guest?I am an observant, empathetic, and articulate person who is intensely curious about human behavior, who studies and learns from it, and who communicates what I learn with clarity, warmth, and humor in my book, blog, and talks. My humor is based not on jokes but on my perspective which, in the best cases, keeps the conversation light and relatable even as we explore things in depth.I offer you an entertaining and informative mix of the latest research in communication and persuasion ... unforgettable "big ask" stories from some of the 80+ people I interviewed for my book, from celebs and CEOs to everyday dreamers and achievers ... my own journey of writing the book ... tips for your listeners to make their next request successful ... and a whole lot more.We could also create fun interactive opportunities for your listeners by having them share in real time their biggest asks -- whether it was asking for help, opportunities, exceptions, second chances, clarity, advice, feedback, or truth. So, here's my Big https://www.linkedin.com/in/paul-quinn-bigaskbook/Ask -- mhttps://bigaskbook.com/https://www.facebook.com/PaulQuinnAuthor/https://www.linkedin.com/in/paul-quinn-bigaskbook/kh.yesican1@gmail.comIf you are looking for a Personal Coach contact Karen at #YESICAN coaching with Karenkh.yesican1@gmail.com440 526 1530

I’m your host, Karen Hale, and I’m honored to share space with extraordinary individuals—from Cleveland and beyond—who’ve discovered their purpose and the power to live it out fully, while lifting others along the way.Over the past thirteen years, podcasting has been more than a career; it’s been a path to reclaiming my own authenticity. Before that first recording, I spent years chasing an image of who I thought I should be. But the moment I introduced my very first guest, something shifted. I found my voice—and more importantly, my purpose. This series is about meaningful connection, mutual growth, and the beauty of learning from each other’s stories. I’m so glad you’re here. Let’s meet today’s guest.About Frank HealyI am one of about 100 people in the world who has hyperthymesia. I remember every day of my life since I was six years old. I am now 64. This includes the day of the week each day was, personal events, and significant news. I have participated as a research subject at the University of California because of my memory. One aspect of having this memory is that I remember the emotions of all memories and re-live them. This includes unpleasant memories. I had to learn how to release the feelings from the bad memories. I studied psychology and am now a Licensed Professional Counselor. I help people with depression and anxiety heal their past. I also help people with stress management and achieving their goals.I have written a self-help trilogy called Heal Your Memories. The books include self-help exercises on healing your past and inspirational stories of people who overcame life challenges. Additionally, I have written a memior of my experiences having my memory. My latest book Stress-Free Success is about how to remain stress-free while you achieve your goals.healysheal1@msn.comhttps://www.bing.com/ck/a?!&&p=4902026953cce51ef65fb8ebf8ecd8cca667ec60633cd94b7586b8c681fff590JmltdHM9MTc1NjI1MjgwMA&ptn=3&ver=2&hsh=4&fclid=2eabfc34-b038-6097-1127-ef64b13f6188&psq=Frank+Healy+website&u=a1aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuaGVhbHlzaGVhbGluZy5jb20v&ntb=1If you are looking for a Personal Coach contact Karen at #YESICAN coaching with Karenkh.yesican1@gmail.com440 526 1530

There’s no direct linefrom where we are to where we’re going. The journey twists, turns, and throwsobstacles in our way. But at each intersection, we have choices. And when we walk with mindfulness, we become more attuned to our surroundings—and theunexpected opportunities that rise with each step. You don’t have to navigate this path alone. There are others just like you, staringdown blank walls and wondering which direction to take next. This podcast is aspace for shared experiences—because sometimes, a story you hear may echo yourown. And that moment of connection might be exactly what you need.About Shea BelskyI was diagnosed with autism at two years old, at which point my doctors were not convinced that I would ever be able to live independently of my parents. With an IEP in one hand and incredible parents in the other, I began a journey of self advocacy to discover my own identity, strengths, and weaknesses.Graduating from high school mainstreamed, on-time, and with my peers, I attended Cornell University which truly put my self advocacy to the test. There, I discovered not just how to live, but to thrive: Fostering a group of friends I still meet up with to this day, connecting with the Cornell disability community, and finding gainful employment through summer internships at IBM and Google. I graduated with both my Bachelors and Masters of Professional Studies in Information Science, and began working at Wayfair as a software engineer.Within my first year at Wayfair, I had five different people managers. Though quite a whirlwind for me, this gave me an unexpected opportunity to find my own confidence in discussing autism and neurodiversity with each of them. I learned how to teach them and each team how to foster accessibility and equity for their disabled peers. At the same time, I would start the seeds of what would later become Mentra, a Sam Altman backed startup connecting neurodivergent jobseekers with gainful employment opportunities. I became the Chief Technology Officer and Technical Founder at Mentra in 2022, shaping not just the company's engineering culture but also its product direction and making critical business decisions. All the while, I'm working with organizations such as TD Bank, MIT, and Microsoft to foster meaningful neuroinclusion. I led a team of four software engineers, managing Mentra's end-to-end technology presence, providing meaningful coaching and career growth support to my engineers, and built out a job talent platform used by AWS, Microsoft, Pratt & Whitney, among many others.Today, I am a Tech Lead II at HubSpot and planting the seeds for HubSpot's official disability ERG. I continue to be an outspoken voice for disability inclusion and equity within HubSpot, both on my team and within my product group. I've been featured in the New York Post, Forbes, TechCrunch, and at the Davos World Economic Forum for my work on neurodiversity, inclusion, and autism acceptance. I host my own show, Autistic Techie, on neurodiversity in tech careers.https://www.facebook.com/autistic.techiehttps://www.sheabelsky.com/https://www.youtube.com/@autistic_techie

As the founder of "The Empty Nest Coach" and "This Empty Nest Life," Jay has turned his personal journey into a beacon of hope for countless empty nesters seeking purpose and direction.Jay's story begins with a bold decision: to climb Mount Kilimanjaro as an empty nester. This wasn't just a physical challenge; it was a statement about what's possible when we say "YES" to life's opportunities. Jay's ascent of Kilimanjaro taught him a crucial lesson that now underpins his coaching philosophy: sometimes, you need to go slow to go fast. This insight translates powerfully to the empty nest journey, where rushing through emotions can hinder true growth and self-discovery.But Jay didn't stop there. He embarked on the Camino de Santiago, a pilgrimage that further shaped his approach to life and coaching. On this journey, Jay discovered the joy of missing out (JOMO) – a concept that resonates deeply with empty nesters struggling with the fear of missing out (FOMO) on their children's lives. These experiences cemented Jay's belief that every step in life can and should be intentional, filled with purpose.Jay's background in psychology and education, coupled with his real-world adventures, gives him a unique perspective on the empty nest transition. He understands that this phase of life isn't about throwing a glamorous party once the kids leave; it's about navigating complex emotions and charting a new path forward. In his coaching practice, Jay tackles common misconceptions head-on. He helps clients understand that it's okay – and necessary – to focus on themselves after years of prioritizing their children. His approach has yielded remarkable results. He's not just a coach; he's the product of his own coaching methods. This authenticity resonates deeply with his clients and audiences.Jay's expertise spans a range of topics that captivate podcast listeners:-Letting go and moving on-Embracing new beginnings-Rediscovering intimacy in an empty nest-Viewing the next chapter as an opportunity, not a crisis-Handling life when it doesn't go as plannedFor podcast hosts and their audiences, Jay offers not just advice, but inspiration. Whether discussing his adventures, sharing client success stories, or offering practical tips for navigating the empty nest transition, Jay provides content that is both engaging and transformative.Currently, Jay is working on a book titled "This Empty Nest Life: Navigating the Challenge of Change," which promises to be a valuable resource for anyone facing this life transition.https://www.thisemptynestlife.com/https://www.youtube.com/@theemptynestcoachIf you are looking for a Personal Coach contact Karen at #YESICAN coaching with Karenkh.yesican1@gmail.com440 526 1530

This podcast is aspace for shared experiences—because sometimes, a story you hear may echo yourown. And that moment of connection might be exactly what you need.About Seph DietlinIn 2002, at the pinnacle of a thriving real estate career in Southern California, a devastating personal setback brought me to my knees—and sparked a conscious awakening in which I rediscovered a unique communication link with the angels. What began as a moment of deep personal crisis became the catalyst for a lifelong, full-time relationship with the angelic realm that has profoundly transformed my life, purpose, and understanding of reality.Through years of ongoing connection, I’ve experienced countless miracles—some instantaneous, others unfolding with divine orchestration over time. The conversations I’ve had with the angels have revealed paradigm-shifting wisdom about the nature of manifestation, the mechanics of co-creation, and our true essence as infinite beings navigating a temporary human experience. They foretold that I would lose everything in order to step fully into my soul’s calling—and the infamous real estate crash soon fulfilled that prophecy. One of their most powerful revelations was about the coming of a “new earth,” one that would emerge only after a period of global chaos and the dismantling of the systems we once believed served us. We are now in the midst of that transformation. I’ve come to understand that my life’s purpose is intricately connected to this awakening and the shift in consciousness it brings.Following their guidance, I attended film school to learn how to tell stories for this conscious evolution. They revealed my intuitive gifts and led me to become certified in hypnotherapy. Though the paths of filmmaking, energy healing, and spiritual teaching may seem diverse, they are all deeply interwoven by divine design to support those I serve.Today, I’m passionate about helping others break free from outdated paradigms and reclaim their innate power to manifest, heal, and consciously create. I love sharing what the angels have taught me about our access to the quantum field of intelligence, and how that connection is the key to miracles, the birth of the new earth, and the emergence of our superhuman potential.Right now, I’m creating a new show and a stream of content born from a vibrant community of magical souls—each devoted to walking the path of light and expansion. This space is designed to unite others on similar journeys and illuminate the way forward for those ready to awaken. The show will be launching soon, so stay tuned—and if you feel called to be part of it as a guest, I’d love to hear from you. Reach out and let’s explore the possibilities.seph@quantumangelmagic.comhttps://www.quantumangelmagic.com/If you are looking for a Personal Coach contact Karen at #YESICAN coaching with Karenkh.yesican1@gmail.com440 526 1530
