S1-E9 (End of Season 1): How to deal with being "attention seeking"

Hello!

Welcome to Season 1 Episode 9. This is the final episode of the season. I'll be back with Season 2 in September 2024. Thanks for listening!

Today I’m talking about the idea that stimming can be perceived as "attention seeking", why I think that is and the impact it has had on me and how I show up. Also how we deal with being perceived as a family and somethings that we do to help us build confidence in being our authentic selves in the world.

Please follow @iamsimplysophie on tiktok if you've a mind to. This is Sophie who I mention in the episode today. She's great!
