2024 is here happy new year's yayy right? not really. 2023 was not the most digestible year for me personally AND globally, and we're all still trying to process it. filled with disturbing personal matters, regional wars and grave calamities around the world, i couldn't help but overthink over and over about how one can live among such chaotic life/global events. so, in this episode i'm sharing my few conclusions for those who are as clueless and overwhelmed as i was (and still am lol).
