Tyrese Gibson's four Cane Corso dogs—often called Italian Mastiffs—killed his neighbor's dog, Henry, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, after roaming loose in the Atlanta neighborhood of Buckhead. This is a tragic and completely preventable incident that highlights the critical need for responsible pet ownership.
Having worked in shelters, I know the heartbreaking reality of dog attacks. Whether a dog is a pet or a guard dog, allowing large, powerful animals like Cane Corsos to roam freely is animal neglect and puts the entire community at risk. Tyrese had multiple warnings about his dogs running loose before this fatal attack. Dog owners must be accountable for their animals. Do better, Tyrese!
