This episode delves into the decision to get back into therapy. After so many bad therapists I finally found someone who was able to make a proper diagnosis. From generalized anxiety to Complex PTSD I am finally beginning to get life back balanced. Thank you to all of my listeners currently it is much appreciated. I am also working on growing this platform as I continue to share my journey. I will discuss my research, my goals to help myself and my community and share all of my experiences as I continue to learn the necessary coping skills for this thing called life.
