It’s COVID season and we’re all locked in home. I supposedly live in “the greatest city in the world”, but nothing makes me feel that way. Today I talk a little bit about how we can reclaim the role of the main character in our own lives. We tend to focus so much on others to the point where we gradually forget about ourself. I discuss how important self-reflection is in the underlying journey of self improvement; the journey of one becoming their own main character.
