A single pufferfish contains enough neurotoxin to paralyze 100 people if eaten, but that doesn't stop the Japanese from enjoying their exotic "fugu" dinners. Tigersharks are immune to tetrodotoxin, but most predators are startled away when a pufferfish blows up in their mouth!
