Sanil Sachar is the co-founder and partner of Huddle, an entrepreneur, active angel investor, national best-selling author, and columnist based in New Delhi, India. As part of their accelerator, Huddle, Sanil works with the portfolio, to attain the short and long-term keenly focusing on the revenue strategy and growth. He is also one of the co-owners of the global sports apparel brand Tru, and looks in the global strategy and the multi-sports growth of Trusox in India. Sanil focusses his efforts to enable startups on their go-to-market strategies and revenue models as a base for their growth.

Rishabh Karwa is the co-founder of GoMechanic. GoMechanic is disrupting India’s auto aftermarket with their services, spares, accessories & tech ecosystem. With over 1200+ workshops across 60+ cities, GoMechanic offers 300+ car services, warranties, spares e-commerce & has built a unique supply chain with garages & retailers. Started by 4 friends - Rishabh, Kushal, Amit & Nitin in 2016, GoMechanic aims to solve auto aftermarket problems at first principles & aim for global markets replicating their model. With 1000+ employees, 4000+ mechanics & 250+ retailers - GoMechanic aims to add value in the entire ecosystem.

Ragini Das (co-founder, leap.club) is a woman on a mission - more women in leadership roles. With the aim to bridge the long seen disparity between men and women in the workspace, her remarkable skills in building and expanding brands has been key in seamlessly accelerating leap.club towards this mission.

During her tenure at Zomato, Ragini had been a huge part of the building blocks of the brand and has garnered experience across various growth roles in a span of six years. Previously, as the head of International expansion for Zomato Gold, her expertise resulted in driving impeccable growth of the now leading delivery company. Her purposeful approach to go the extra mile is what makes her an extraordinary leader.

Ravi Iyer is a Senior Vice President & Head of Corporate Development, Partnerships, Corporate Finance at Flipkart. He is a veteran of Flipkart, having worked there over the last 8 years in multiple roles. Prior to that, he spent 12 years plus in the FMCG space at ITC. He has led multiple key initiatives at Flipkart over the years, most recently the acquisition of companies like Yaantra, Cleartrip and strategic partnership with companies like Moj and Adani. He has led multiple key initiatives at Flipkart over the years spoke to us about their accelerator program.

Arjun Vaidya was the CEO at Dr. Vaidya's: New Age Ayurveda (until Jan 2021). Prior to his entrepreneurial stint, Arjun graduated from Brown University, USA with a BA with honors in International Relations and Economics. He then worked in private equity at a consumer sector focused fund, L Capital Asia (the private equity arm of the Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy Group) where he focused specifically on consumer brands and consumer tech.

In October 2016, Arjun quit his job to take on his 150-year-old family legacy of Ayurvedic formulations that his grandfather left behind. Dr. Vaidya’s repackaged the ancient Indian science of Ayurveda and emerged as India’s largest Ayurveda brand online. The brand has successfully reached 1m+ consumers across 500+ cities and 16,500+ pin codes in India. Arjun was the first Ayurvedic Entrepreneur to be featured in the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia List for and Business World 40 Under 40 List! Dr. Vaidya’s also won Youth SMB of the Year from Amazon and the Retail Startup Award from the Retailers Association of India. In June 2019, Dr. Vaidya’s partnered with the USD 4b RP Sanjiv Goenka Group and has now been acquired by the group – making it one of India’s first successful D2C exits.

Currently, Arjun leads venture investing for Verlinvest in India (one of the world’s largest consumer brand focused funds). He is also an active angel investor mentor to brands in India’s D2C and ecommerce ecosystem.

Vishnu leads Corp Dev/Investments at Razorpay - with a focus on supporting innovation and creating value for the payments and banking fintech ecosystem in India. Razorpay is one of India's largest NeoBanking & payments player. Vishnu also manages investments at MarsShot Ventures (an angel fund for early stage entrepreneurs).

Dinesh Pai leads initiatives for Rainmatter, which is a Fintech focused fund by Zerodha. Rainmatter believes in helping people do better with their money and deepen capital market participation in India.

Shashwata Narain is the co-founder and CEO of Veera Health. Veera Health is on a mission to help women lead healthier lives. Veera’s first offering is a digital therapeutics platform that helps women identify and navigate Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), with a comprehensive offering of therapy, coaching and specialist support. Veera Health was founded in Mumbai by Shobhita and Shashwata Narain in August 2020. The sisters gained firsthand insight into the problem after Shobhita was diagnosed with PCOS a number of years ago. Shashwata has an MBA from Wharton and worked with consumer health companies at McKinsey.

Rohit is the Co-founder, Managing Director of Cloudnine Group of Hospitals, India's premier mother and child healthcare specialists. Rohit is amongst those limited few set of entrepreneurs who have built organisations from scratch and scaled over the years to now at the cusp of a public listing milestone. An avid startup evangelist, Rohit started investing through his fund Capier Investments over the last 5 years and has been able to use his entrepreneurial experience and skills to help invest in founders and their vision. Cloudnine aside, Rohit has built a tremendous portfolio which includes investments into marquee funds operating in the country to give him a ring side view of the best action.

Rahul is the co-founder & CEO of FloBiz, a Bangalore-based SMB growth focused neo-bank that he started with co-founders Aditya Naik & Rakesh Yadav in 2019. In the past, the trio built India’s first digital assets exchange Koinex in 2017. As CEO, he plays an active role in the company’s business development, marketing & growth strategies. He believes that despite being a significant contributor to the nation’s economy, SMBs are deprived of opportunities and encouragement. With the FloBiz team, he aims to unlock the immense potential of SMBs and entrepreneurs, by leveraging technology to solve the most crucial pain points of the sector.

Farid is the Co-founder and COO of Indian startup ShareChat & Moj. ShareChat (recently valued at $2.9bn) is India’s largest homegrown social media platform with about 200mn users, while Moj is the largest short video app of India with more than 160mn active users. ShareChat has prominent investors including Tiger Global, Temasek and Lightspeed, along with global networks Twitter and Snapchat. Farid did his undergrad from IIT Kanpur in 2014. He is also a Venture Partner at First Cheque, and has done a few angel investments like OkCredit, Giva, Saveo, AbleJobs, FrontRow, BharatAgri amongst others.

Abhiroop Medhekar is a 2X founder and CEO of India's largest revenue based financing platform - Velocity. Velocity is building the future of business financing for D2C brands and eCommerce businesses.

Abhiroop started his career as a management consultant with McKinsey where he extensively worked across Financial Services and Technology sectors. Post McKinsey, he co-founded Taskbob (a consumer internet startup) where he led multiple business and growth functions. Most recently, he worked as a VC investor with Elevation Capital, leading investments in Fintech and Healthtech sectors.

Abhiroop majored in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Bombay (2008), before going for his MBA from IIM Ahmedabad (2010).

Srikrishnan is a co-founder of the leading Customer Onboarding Platform - Rocketlane. Sri has spent his last 9 years building and scaling SaaS businesses. His last start-up Konotor was acquired by Freshworks in 2015, and went on to become their fastest-growing product (Freshchat). Prior to starting up, Srikrishnan was leading product teams at companies like Verizon, Rediff, and Jigsee.

Amit is the co-founder and CEO of Weekday (backed by Y Combinator). He previously built and exited Memer to Sharechat and was part of an early stage VC firm. Weekday is building an alternative tech hiring platform which helps companies hire software engineers who are vouched by others. Amit talks about benchmarks startups should follow in hiring Indian software engineers, and how to navigate tech hiring in remote-first world.

Ashish Dave is the CEO of Mirae Asset Venture Investments (India). He is responsible for setting up Mirae's Venture business in India and has invested in companies like Zomato, Ola, BigBasket, KreditBee, Raise Financial, Koo and Jai Kisan among others.

Sampad Swain is the CEO and co-founder of Instamojo. He’s a serial entrepreneur who’s been working relentlessly towards the mission of bringing Indian MSMEs online. Instamojo was the first company to pioneer the concept of “payment link” in India and has now expanded into a full-stack e-commerce platform for DTC merchants. Apart from being somebody who understands the sentiment of small businesses, he is an avid reader and loves a good game of football and tennis.

Tarun is a Managing Director at Matrix Partners India. He is an intrapreneur turned VC who has had the unique opportunity to build and lead two successful Internet businesses in India. With over 12 years of experience in the trenches, he enjoys partnering with promising entrepreneurs and uses his experience to help them nurture, grow and flourish their business. He has backed companies such as Ola Cabs, DealShare, Stanza Living, Dukaan, Captain Fresh and many more. 

Mohit Kumar is the founder and CEO of Ultrahuman. Prior to this,  in 2015, he founded Runnr, a hyperlocal logistics platform. Runnr merged with Zomato in 2017 with Mohit transitioning to lead the Global delivery business at Zomato. There, he built one of the largest delivery fleets in the world with ~ 300k+ delivery executives in 1000 cities. Mohit is an avid cyclist, biohacker and a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu enthusiast.

Aaryaman Vir is an entrepreneur who co-founded India’s first VC-funded blockchain startup called Elemential Labs. While Aaryaman remains heavily involved with NFTs and cryptocurrencies, he also runs an early stage fund Prophetic Ventures, volunteers with the iSPIRT Foundation, and writes about tech on his blog called Tigerfeathers.
