In this episode, Gavyn and Haley chat with Aidan Bissett, the 22-year-old singer-songwriter who traded in footballs for guitars and jumped into the TikTok game in 2020. Aidan shares about his early days on the app (before it became the ultimate launchpad for aspiring artists) and how he’s evolved musically with his new album, building on the success of "Planet."
But that’s not all—things get real as we explore therapy, the hunt for a good therapist, and our mental health status—spoiler alert: we’re doing our best! Aidan also takes us back to his all-boys school days, where his success didn’t always earn him high fives, and he dishes out some solid advice for new artists trying to navigate the wild world of today’s music industry. Plus so much more that we simply can’t squeeze into this description!

In this week’s solo episode, Gavyn is back with a kidney update (spoiler alert: still failing), while Haley celebrates a win in the health department with a smooth biopsy experience (only slightly less painful than listening to people chew loudly).
In our brand-new segment, "Irritation Station," Haley shares how she unintentionally played cupid for exes—because why not add accidental matchmaking to her résumé? Meanwhile, Gavyn goes on a rant about his mortal enemies: Yelp reviewers. And just when you think he’s done, he reveals the time he was the unwitting star of a Yelp novel. It’s a story so spicy, you’ll feel compelled to leave a glowing review…
Tune in for health updates, Haley’s matchmaking mishaps, and Gavyn’s ongoing war with keyboard warriors.

Hold onto your headphones, folks, because this episode is the crème de la crème—like, top-tier catnip, for real. We somehow convinced the ridiculously talented Gatlin to be our second EVER in-person guest. And yes, we spilled all the tea on her career highlights, including that time her single "What If I Love You" barely scraped by with a teeny 70 million streams on Spotify (very casual, very chill).
We also dive into the thrilling world of Belmont University (go Bruins!), her cross-country move from Nashville to Los Angeles, and a bunch of other stuff that makes us sound like we know what we're doing. But let’s not kid ourselves—the real magic is in the chaos. Gatlin dishes on her TikTok trolls, shares her mutual obsession with black cats (she and Gavyn both have a Binx, which is clearly the universe flexing), and valiantly attempts to manage the ADHD-fueled tornado that is Gavyn and Haley. Spoiler alert: it’s a hot mess, but she gave it her all.
Hit play if you're ready for wisdom sprinkled with chaos. Warning: TikTok haters may leave feeling... surprisingly entertained.
Episode Vocabulary:
“That’s For Inside The Car” – Ya’ll need to edit this out of the episode.
“Rodent Boy Summer” – refers to a group of men who are considered attractive but also have some rodent-like features.
“Kiki-ing” – A casual gathering of friends for gossiping, sharing stories, and having a good time.

Well, well, well… look who's decided to grace us with their presence! After a whopping 700 something days of doing some questionable things (oh sorry, I meant on “sabbatical"), Haley and Gavyn are finally back on And That’s That On That. Clearly, their two-year vacation was exhausting, but they're thrilled to return! They’re back to bless your eardrums with tales from the last Ice Age (aka the past two years), including juicy stories (think bodily fluids) and Haley's sudden career shift to FBI undercover agent (or so she claims). Hey all, Happy Thursday!! Welcome back to another episode of And That’s That On That. This month we’re spotlighting songwriters and we’re so excited to continue the streak with x2 GRAMMY-nominated songwriter, Shelly Peiken! You may know the songs she’s written such as “Bitch” by Meredith Brooks, “What A Girl Wants” and “Come On Over Baby” by Christina Aguilera, “I’m A Mess” by Bebe Rexha, “Who You Are” by Jessie J, and has written for other artists like Keith Urban, Britney Spears, Brandy, Celine Dion, Miley Cyrus, Backstreet Boys, Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato and the list goes on… She is the author of the book “Confessions of A Serial Songwriter,” an amusing and poignant memoir about Shelly's journey from young girl falling under the spell of magical songs to a working professional songwriter creating smash hits of her own. She joins us today to chat about her life in the music industry writing some of music’s biggest hits, the present day music industry, and how things have changed since she started almost thirty years ago. Plus, on this week's "Pit or Peak," Haley has a not so pleasant experience at the doctors and Gavyn has his yearly existential crisis! And That's That On That.

Ok fine maybe we’re just a little Nostalgic…This week’s guest is Zachary Charles of A R I Z O N A!!!! We’re seeing signs we’re freaking out…but seriously. We are such huge fans of Zach and his band A R I Z O N A and we may or may not have been manifesting him as a guest ever since we started this little show of ours. We had a lot to catch up on since we saw him perform at Coachella in 2019, so you guys will get to hear all about how Zach almost became a history teacher instead of the lead singer of a massively successful band, his thoughts on Coachella and how the band almost missed their set, what the pandemic taught him, and what he wishes he knew when he started out in his career. WELCOME TO SEASON 2 EPISODE 6! And That's That On That.
A R I Z O N A has proven a true planetary phenomenon, creating worldwide waves with their ingenious brand of contemporary electronic dance pop. You may know their hits such as “Electric Touch,” “I Was Wrong,” and the RIAA gold-certified “Oceans Away.” In addition, A R I Z O N A can be heard on Avicii’s “Hold The Line (Feat. A R I Z O N A),” from the late artist’s posthumous album, TIM. 2019’s ASYLUM saw them brilliantly and boldly build on this foundation with “Freaking Out,” “Nostalgic,” “Problems,” “Where You Are,” and more.
