How I pushed out my second baby in one push.

I pushed out my second baby in one push. The mentality I had around labor and delivery allowed me to deliver my baby in one easy push.

I share the root of where the mentality came from and how it relates to the mind and body connection. I believe wholeheartedly that once a woman is connected to her mind and body she can easily and quickly deliver her baby given healthy normal circumstances.
