All The Good Men
13. Grounded spirituality & the power of simplicity w/ Evan Meyer

In this episode, Evan Meyer joins us for a rich conversation about masculinity, spirituality, and the importance of simplicity. Evan has a gift for cutting through the noise, and pointing us back to what actually matters.

We talked about what it means to embody healthy masculinity in today’s world, and how so many spiritual practices have become overcomplicated and disconnected from life. Evan invites us to return to the natural world, to hands-on experiences, and to the kind of emotional honesty that leads to true transformation rather than just performative growth.

We also explored…

  • The tension between ascension culture and grounded spirituality
  • Why simplicity is often the most transformative practice
  • How men can redefine masculinity through presence and conviction
  • The importance of reconnecting with nature, creativity, and community
  • Why transformation usually finds us—especially when we’re not chasing it
  • How to return to your essence by unwinding layers of programming
  • Letting go of perfection and learning to listen to what’s real

12. Hunting in reverence to life w/ Andrew Simpson

In this episode, we explore a conversation that bridges the worlds of plant medicine, sacred hunting, and the primal connection between life, death, and spirit. I sat down with a man whose personal journey took him from resistance to reverence; from having strong judgments about guns and hunting, to experiencing the act of taking life as a sacred ceremony.

We spoke about how his ayahuasca ceremonies opened the door to an ancient remembering. We explored being in  reverence, responsibility, and reclaiming something most of us have been taught to fear or reject.

Together, we explored…

  • How plant medicine revealed his desire to connect with the land
  • The healing that came from confronting his judgments about hunting
  • What it means to take a life with prayer, intention, and gratitude
  • The power of brotherhood and community in primal experience
  • Why honoring death deepens our relationship to life
  • How these experiences are shaping the way he moves through the world
  • The role of sacred hunting in men’s work and spiritual practice

All The Good Men
11. My relationship with the masculine

In this first solo episode of All The Good Men, I open up about my personal journey with masculinity - both in the men I’ve known and within myself. I’ve had to untangle the stories I inherited about what it means to be a man, to be a woman, to be in relationship, and to hold both masculine and feminine energy within me.

I share how my experiences with men, and my own inner masculine, have evolved over the years—from admiration and disappointment, to deep healing and profound respect. I talk about the importance of role models, the impact of societal gender roles, and the need for more examples of healthy masculinity in the world. This episode is a love letter to both the masculine and the feminine, and an invitation to all of us to meet each other with more reverence, curiosity, and grace.

I also speak to…

  • What I’ve learned from both the beautiful and painful expressions of masculinity
  • How I’ve healed my relationship with my inner masculine over time
  • The role that women played in shaping my understanding of gender
  • Why honoring the feminine is essential for balanced power
  • How men can be powerful role models for the next generation
  • Why vulnerability is not weakness—it’s the foundation of real strength
  • The ongoing, transformative journey of redefining gender and relationship
