EP 44: In this episode Josh, who has been in the Health & Wellness Field for over 20+ years - Founder of MBS Fitness: Training, Pilates & Yoga and one of my TX friends from our "Landmark Forum days", shares deeper into his own personal entrepreneurship journey and transition from being in "competition" to cultivating deeper collaboration and connection within his business & team; which was brought everyone a greater sense of fulfillment, ease & enjoyment in creating the impact they're here to make. Josh shares tangible concepts/tools to improve communication skills and his own personal examples of putting these into action. He is also bringing to life beautiful projects on his land in CO; specifically this summer events/retreats to foster a deeper sense of Brotherhood & what this means/looks like. He believes the key is moving from the "lone wolf' mentality into men coming closer together to no longer "doing it alone", but sharing this experience we call life in a deeper way navigating this as brothers.
