We get introduced to a cool character John Grey designed, Dr. Finitevus and witness a Dragonball crossover in the Sonic comic! Goo goo ga ga.

In this episode we almost missed a very important page in the comic because our sources are so varied in quality! The transformers love keeps up strong in the comic. The boys tackle the Sonic Adventure 2.5 arc & the Black Ar- I mean Xorda alien attack and Knuckles goes to Heaven... or does he...? This batch of issues has some heavy focus on Mina and her relationship to Sonic & the Freedom Fighters, while the world burns around her, fun :) We also get to meet Nack/Fang's family of killers and kidnappers, they're designed like 2000s hot topic Final Fantasy characters.

This set of comics is pretty chill, things kinda go back to more episodic fun stories with solid plots. This is probably the most positive the whole group has been about this comic...maybe cause there was only [ONE] Ken Penders story...

It's crunch time again. Knuckles and Vector duke it out, bad blood builds up and dissolves amongst the Chaotix in these issues as Knuckles pursues his romantic interested Julie-Su! Hilarity ensues! The gang finds out that Mighty went through a forced labour camp in his childhood and we find out that he can't break those cuffs...but he CAN break some prison bars. Best of all...we get the return of everyone's beloved mad Doctor.

Sonic Super Special #5: Sonic Kids
Knuckles the Echidna 13-15 We have a doozy of an episode. This week the boys work through the dramatic war of returning favourites Cal & Al where we sit through the epic fight between Sonic and Tails. Then following it up with a surprisingly okay story about Sonic and the Freedom Fighters as kids fighting Robotnik and any way they can! The boys agree that shitty dads always use computers to spy on their kids. Then, ending this session we dive into the best Knuckles story yet! Charmy's best friend ever gets overdosed on drugs and dies in Charmy's arms. The Chaotix (sans Knuckles) get hired by Chief Remington to look into people getting sick on LSD (Lemon Sundrop Dandelion) and it's all leading back to a carnival on the Floating Island. All while Knuckles appears for like a grand total of 3 pages...in his own story.
