In Egyptian magical pantheon, the most famous cat goddess is Bast, or Bastet. She is the goddess of home, family, childbirth — and the patron of luxury and comfort.
Bastet had a lunar, and a solar side. The lunar Pasht was the keeper of the left-hand path, darker and more vengeful (some people connect her with Sekhmet and other lion goddesses).
But the solar Bast is the epitome of hygge. She is the one who takes you over when you dance like no one is watching, when you make yourself beautiful because you want to embody harmony. Bast is the soft harmonious voice of a healer, she is the music of heavenly harmony, she is a wise enchantress in the body of a young maiden…
Sekhmet is the formidable power of the midday Sun to kill and destroy. But Sekhmet was also a healer who had the magical power to both bring on an illness and to cure it.
It was at the temples dedicated to Sekhmet that ancient medicine developed. Sekhmet always favored doctors and surgeons, and in the old days the priests of Sekhmet were also the best doctors around.
What does it mean to heal our money story? Often, we are conditioned to believe that money is somehow separate from everything else in our lives. That our money story is not our own story.
What we make, what we want to make, what we can afford and what we cannot afford — is separate from our healing journey or our spiritual path. Or, on the contrary, we must manifest abundance 24/7 and make millions in order not to feel like a total loser.
In this heartfelt conversation with Janet Kendrick we talk about our money story and how it is an integral part of our journey, a mirror of our relationship with the Divine, with ourselves, with our family and our ancestors. Money is a mirror of our wounding and our recovery.
I share my own money story and growing up with collapsing empires.
We also talk about:
- money as a teacher and a mirror
- your money archetypes and what they say about you
- God and money
- trust and capacity to accept nourishment
Janet Kendrick is a prosperity coach who works with women. She recognizes every woman’s birthright – to experience her abundance and prosperity, live her truth, and share her unique gifts and talents. You can find out more about Janet on her website www.janetkendrick.com

Isis is probably the most well known goddess of the ancient Egyptian pantheon. She is the Great Mother and a guide into the feminine aspect of the Divine. The Black Madonnas of Europe, and the earlier cults of Cibele and Hecate all trace at least some of their influence back to Isis worship.
Isis is a healer and comforter. She is in fact a master healer and master magician, who resurrected her beloved Osiris, gathering the pieces of him throughout the land and bringing him back from the dead. In that, she is the precursor of both Mary Magdalene and Mother Mary, forever embodied in the Pieta of Michelangelo...
Ma’at opens the series in which we will look into the personifications of feminine power and wisdom in Egyptian tradition.
In ancient Egyptian religion Ma’at was the personification of justice and balance. The daughter of Sun god Ra, often depicted as the wife of Thoth, the god of knowledge, wisdom, and the Akashic Records. Ma'at is the keeper of universal order. She presides over the last judgement of a soul after death, where a heart is weighed on a scale...
We often confuse the feminine yin path with passivity or non-action. This is true to an extent — the yin path is a path of being rather than doing . But, just like the force of gravity depends on the mass of the object, so does the yin force that we are able to use depend on our personal power.
Yin magic is not for the faint-hearted. Problem is, as women, we often think magnetism and yin is all about being nice and sweet and have all good things come to the one who waits, or goes with the flow. But this only works for little girls. Our time is the time of growing up. And do we even know what is the yin way of growing up? How can we become magnetic and take up space?
Are dreams important? Why do we have recurring dreams? What about nightmares? Should someone else interpret dreams for us, or should we learn to do it ourselves? How can working with dreams help our creativity, intuition, spirituality, healing and growth? How to improve dream recall? Do women recall dreams differently then men?
In this podcast with Megan Mary, we talk about the fascinating world of dreams, weaving in the answers to the above questions — and more.
Megan Mary is an award-winning metaphysical author and dreamworker that specializes in the analysis of women's dreams to promote transformative personal growth and enlightenment. Founder of Inner Realms Publishing, Women's Dream Analysis and the Women's Dream Enlightenment podcast, she is an intuitive, introvert and mystic. Megan Mary is also the author of The Dream Haunters: A Metaphysical Mystery of Magick.
We are approaching winter solstice and the magical time of alchemical union of the Earth and the Sun.
In this episode, I share some of the ancestral traditions around the world (just a small fraction!) and place them in a larger context of our body as a holographic landscape.
What this means is that our bodies, too, respond to the solstice alchemy.
In the Northern hemisphere, the production of melatonin, the sleep hormone, is at its strongest. We are called to gestate, to wait, to slow down, to prepare for the return of the active and outward yang. The celebrations of our ancestors were, at their core, intended to honor this endocrine and energetic magic, while plugging us into the larger context of cosmic energies. We celebrate the cosmic play of light and darkness in a tangible, physical way.
I will talk about Saturn, Sun, Earth, Christmas, the Sacred Union, vision boarding, feminine energetics, and the ways in which we can attune to the magic of solstice.
Think you are in a soul relationship? Of course, all relationships become soul relationships at a certain level. But what I am talking about here is the experience of twin flames, soulmates, karmic connections, and all of those life-changing soul-shaking heart-opening experiences that you just can't get over. What is happening and why?
This is a love note for everyone wondering if they are in a soul relationship, how they ended up in this mess, and what may be the way out — from a deeper perspective :)
Oxford Dictionary named brain rot the word of the year 2024. The basic definition of brain rot is deterioration of mental or intellectual state as a result of over-consumption of online material. And while we all know what to do to avoid brain rot, I want to bring up another potential online trap in this episode — looking for solutions to a spiritual problem.
There are many books and articles that bring value and provide information for those on the path of healing or spiritual awakening. But no written, or even spoken, material can replace individual experience. And any change or initiation happens only through individual experience, within a line of transmission of a particular tradition. We can appreciate informative value of some online content — but it becomes a little more problematic if we start looking for universal answers, secret practices or solutions to all problems...
This episode is a love note regarding looking for answers online :)
How can an Akashic Record reading help find clarity and life purpose? How can the Akashic Records set us on the path of healing?
This is exactly what we discuss in this conversation with Peggy Oberthier! Some time ago, Peggy came to an Akashic Record reading looking for answers and direction on the path.
In this episode, we talk about how, ultimately, the answers, and the actions to support them, come from within. The Akashic Records plant a seed, uncovering the deep core of our being, helping us reconnect with the deeper truth of who we are. This is, however, not the same as being told what to do or where to go or who to talk to. Such things are individual interpretations. There is nothing wrong with interpretations, but we need to see them for what they are in order to progress.
Peggy Oberthier is a compassionate and powerful intuitive dedicated to helping clients move through emotional and physical blockages. Trained in medical intuition with expert Patrice Krysztofiak, Peggy facilitates transformative sessions, offering a safe, nurturing space for clients to explore their concerns.
In her practice, Peggy combines heart-centered counseling, energetic insights, and intuitive techniques such as Reiki, somatic releasing, breathwork, and guided affirmations.
We often talk about having a spiritual awakening, but what is it really?
More than a decade ago, at a silent retreat, Lisa Carillo stopped having the thoughts of a separate identity and saw that we are already and always the One Infinite Benevolence. When the thoughts came back a few weeks later, they weren't as convincing.
She developed tools for unraveling these thoughts and the conditioning of fear, using our daily lives as the perfect Divine workshop.
This was a fun podcast, marking my own journey of transformation. We recorded it just before I embarked on a life-changing trip of my own, and had fear and anxiety come up — I was supposed to leave early next morning. Softening through the ego's fear of change, we allowed more of the Infinite to come through. We also talk about Lisa's books: "An Unprincipled Life: Living From the Unknown" and "Living Awake: 20 Techniques to End 'I Got It; I Lost It.'" Her website is www.experiencingthetrueself.com
Have you been stuck for a while, longing for harmony in life, wondering why you just can't heal? Could it be that the issue is not you, and not even the healing methods that you use? Could it be that what is missing is the bigger picture?
We can't do it alone. We were never meant to. Nor were we meant to grow in a linear progression of unchecked expansion that destroys everything in its way.
Western history has shown that such expansion, is, perhaps, a little bit too destructive in the long term... If you think of it this way, it makes sense this is not a very good model for healing, either.
So what is the missing piece? In this conversation with Hollie Wildëthorn, we talk about just that. We discuss the power and gifts of the land, the ancestral spiral ways versus the linear ways, and so much more!
Hollie Wildëthorn, founder of the Institute for Self Crafting, is a psychotherapist, clinical counsellor and coach working in the intersections of trauma healing, neurodiversity, ecology and feminism. She has a background in natural and ancestral health, witchcraft and magick, altered states and sacred space, martial arts and natural movement, Women's Mysteries and conscious Wild Living.
For hundreds of years, the Western civilization has been divorced from its feminine oracular dimension, the symbolic mind. In this episode with author and researcher Betty Kovacs, we talk about altered states, the marriage of mysticism and science, and the current hunger for spiritual experience as the fifth Renaissance of the symbolic mind.

Courtney Thomas started on the path of spiritual development as a juvenile inmate, when the words of Jesus "you will do even greater works than I do" caught his eye. Now Courtney is a co-owner of a float spa and salt cave, and a teacher of transcendental meditation.
In this podcast, Courtney shares his story, and his understanding of how a spiritual journey is different from belonging to a religion. We talk about taking responsibility, bearing fruit, and the path to inner peace. We also discuss transcendental meditation — what it is, how it works, and where to find out more.
Exorcism and the demonic is a topic that can either be blown out of proportion, or dismissed completely. Some people see the demonic everywhere, including in the manifestations of our own ego and lack of self-restraint — and some will say belief in the demonic is just a remnant of the old days when we had no modern medicine, or a projection of the ego that refuses to meet the dark side.
And yet, once we have experienced these energies we cannot unsee them.
In this episode (the 13th interview of the season!), I meet an exorcist and a spiritual master of an Eastern animistic tradition. But the questions we discuss are common across all paths of life and spiritual beliefs.
Why do some people suffer from demonic oppression — and others don't? How to distinguish possession from mental illness? And how do we protect ourselves?
