So excited to share with you the first part of one of the most well known Empires in the world, the Kanem-Bornu Empire!
This was a mighty task to research and so very worth it, it is one of those civilisations you think you know, and then just like that, another deeper layer is uncovered. Even after alllllllll the material out there, it still feels like there is so much unsaid! We would love to hear from the descendants their stories of their ancestors, check in with us!
