In this episode I discuss how common it is to come across other people who devalue your ADHD diagnosis, and how to overcome this. I also talk about binge eating and drinking, and how this has changed since being on the medication. I end the podcast by delving into what exactly makes me go ‘cold’ with somebody and how expectations can make me crumble.
